摘要

Recently, software agents are believed to be playing an increasing variety of roles in the research of the electronic business payment system. Informally speaking, software agents help to automate a variety of tasks including those involved in buying and selling commodities over the Internet, offering great flexibility and improved performance. For this reason, an agent-mediated electronic commerce payment system model named AECPs is developed for processing payment transactions in a distributed environment and the corresponding system is built upon an agent platform of Aglet Workbench of IBM. The aim of it is to provide a solution to automating trading process in the electronic marketplace. In this paper, the process flow and the important part of the electronic payment system is analyzed and the security and performance of the transaction system is presented furthermore. The proposed system model in this paper provides a new solution to the development of intelligent electronic commerce applications. It shows the potential toward the future electronic market.
