An Insertion-type Rapid Moisture Tester

摘要

The rapid and accurate moisture test is a key technique to be solved in grains, seeds, food, and chemical industries. In this paper, the AC conductivity property of moisture containing mediums is probed into, the measuring principle of rapid insertion-type moisture tester is proposed on the basis of electric conductivity bathtub effect of moisture containing mediums, and an insertion-type rapid moisture tester is successfully developed. The results indicate that the high accuracy and good repeatability of the tester can meet the demands of the rapid and accurate moisture determining. The tester has been widely used in cereals and oil's trades of China.
