摘要

Bacterial strains isolated from waste crude oil were characterized. Most of the strains belonged to genus Bacillus and only two of them to Gram-negative bacteria. The capacity of these microorganisms to grow and remove phenanthrene and pyrene was evidenced in the majority of Bacillus strains. Further, the ability to synthesized extracellular bioemulsifiers was detected, in B. subtilis 28-15, A.faecalis 212-2 and Enterobacter sp 214-6. Considering these properties it has been constructed a consortium composed of B. pumilus 28-11, A. fae-calis 212-2, M. luteus 212-4 and Enterobacter 214-6 to be used as inoculant in a land farming treatment.
