摘要

In this paper improvement of the soil foundation for 9th story building is elaborated. Problem is solved using grid footing on replaced tampon material reinforced with geosynthetics. Bad subsoil is replaced with tampon soil with good geomechanical characteristics, wrap with geotextiles and geogrids. For quickening the consolidation wells are used. The deformation and stresses are calculated using Plaxis software. Calculated large settlements are measured during the building.
