By means of forced ventilation and aerobic static to study the composting of the sludge, the results indicated that with regulating the moisture content and C/N ratio, after the composting of aerobic reactor, the organic matters in sludge were degraded. The water content dropped unceasingly, and ultimately reached to 30 %. The temperatures of condition A and condition B bom reached to the maximum, 58.9℃ and 59.9℃ for 6 d, respectively. The seeds' germination index of condition A and B has both reached to 100%, and the mature sludge turns into fertilizer to realize resource recovery.
