摘要

The substances like acetic acid,furfural,glycerol,acetone and phenol were selected and used with uniform mixture of equal quality of bio-oil model compounds.Coal ash used as a carrier,two kinds materials of nickel-based catalysts were prepared by impregnation method.Conditions and rules of hydrogen production was studied in the steam catalytic reforming atomized in a fixed bed reactor.The experiments showed CuO added in the catalyst of Ni/coal ash could reduce the carbon deposition speed,and improve the catalytic activity.In order to study the reforming of the mixed types of bio-oil model compounds into hydrogen by steam catalysis,Ni/CuO-coal ash was chosen as catalyst to produce of H2,CO,CH4 and CO2.The optimum reaction condition was obtained as follow:reaction temperature is 650~600 C,S/C is 10~14 and feeding flow rate is 6~8g/min.
