Dispersing Additives for Pigments and Fillers

Additives facilitate production processes, make them more effective and increase product quality. Additives are becoming more technical, contributing a greater value to the final part. Color concentrates or masterbatches find application in blow and injection molding, extrusion and calendaring. In this aspect dispersing additives are necessary to achieve best quality of coloration. In technical compounds fine homogeneous distribution of fillers is crucial. Besides effecting rheological properties of the polymer in the molden phase, dispersing additives improve mechanical properties and stability of plastic products.
