POLE ARCS OF SWITCHED RELUCTANCE MOTOR

摘要

It is important for the working performance of a switched reluctance motor (SRM) to determine proper arcs of the stator and rotor poles. The paper analyses the principle of deciding pole arcs, demonstrates the variation of static characteristics with pole arcs, and points out its important effects on steady performances. A rational value region of the pole arcs is given in this paper based on theoretical analysis and calculation results of different prototypes.
