Impact Response of Racing-Car Composite Nose-Box

摘要

A numerical procedure able to foresee without experimental data the crash behavior of a formula car nose-box in the rule conditions has been developed. It: 1. involves remarkable advantages just in the racing automotive field, 2. can allow to analyse the crash behavior of the nose-box under the test conditions prescribed by the rule in absence of experimental data.
