A high-resolution 2D seismic profile was measured trough a structural belt on a Permian agesediment outcrop. The objective was to locate the tectonic, structural horizons, which werenot traceable by conventionally sized seismic profiling. The acquisition was carried out at thebottom of exploratory trench, to suppress the surface noise. Beyond the basic processingsteps, in the processing we applied the Ray Tracing Tomography and we used the PrestackKirchoff Depth Migration process, and investigated the alternate possibilities. The jointinterpretation pointed out several strongly dipping horizons what could be considered astectonic planes.
