摘要

The paper deals with using modified type of local search algorithm for optimizing some testing functions by principle of parallel computing. Parallel computing was always thought as time and effort intensive. Principles of parallel algorithms can be attributed to the inherent complexity of specifying and coordinating concurrent tasks, a lack of portable algorithms, standardized environments, and software development toolkits. We show utilization of parallel principles on modified algorithm based on basic local search algorithm in this paper.
