The purpose of this paper is to present a proposed implementation of the set-based design method in a Concept and Requirements Exploration (C&RE) Process that integrates variable ship performance prediction tools, such as high-fidelity physics-based simulation models in addition to traditional, lower fidelity, idealized models.
