Compliant optical mount design

摘要

Abstract: A lens mount has been designed to accommodate both thermal excursions and severe dynamic loadings without introducing significant aberrations into the optic or incurring permanent alignment shifts. The mount was analyzed and tested over a wide range of environmental conditions and found to meet all of its performance goals. This paper illustrates, in detail, the methodology employed in the design of this mount assembly including manufacturability and performance analysis and testing.!4
