Polyion complex between DNA and tertiary amineintroducedreducible polyrotaxanes (tertAm -SS-PRX)achieved DNA release triggered by dissociation of thepolycation (tertAm-SS-PRX) to transform intooligocation of tertiary amine-introducedα-cyclodextrins(tertAm-α-CDs) under reductive environment. Thissupramolecular function features the potential ability forintracellular DNA delivery.
