Cremophor-free aqueous paclitaxel nanosuspension – production and chemical stability

摘要

The aim was the development of a chemicallystable aqueous paclitaxel nanosuspension to avoidthe usage of Cremophor EL? in the i.v. formulation.Characterization of three formulations proved achemically stability for more than four years andshowed an interesting candidate for furtherdevelopment.
