摘要

A new method for flow regime identification of gas-liquid two-phase flow is presented based on wavelet analysis theory, Differential pressure signals obtained by the differential pressure transducer in the horizontal pipe are decomposed into several scales by DWT(discrete wavelet transform). The energy and energy distribution of different scales are selected as the eigenvalues to identify the flow regimes. The experiments under different flow regimes in pipelines with different pipelines(20mm、25mm and 40mm)are carried out. The experimental results show the proposed method is effective and can identify bubble flow, stratified flow, wavy flow, plug flow, slug flow and annular flow.
