摘要

HPMA copolymer-bound doxorubicin conjugatesrntargeted with B1 anti-idiotype monoclonal antibody (mAb)rnare very effective in the treatment of established BCL1rnleukemia. The treatment results in a complete cure ofrnBCL1 leukemia-bearing mice and in the establishment ofrnlong-term immunological memory which is responsible forrnresistance of the cured mice against the original tumor.
