THE PROTECTED AREAS OF THE BLACK SEA REGION IN THEIR RELATIONSHIP TO THE IUCN EUROPEAN ACTION PLAN 'PARKS FOR LIFE'

On the base of experiences gained in the Baltic Sea region and in different territories of the former Eastern bloc, I would like to give the following recommendations which correspond to the "Strategic Action Plan for the Rehabilitation and Protection of the Black Sea". This is, at the same time, the answer to my third question, which I posed in the introduction.
