320-Gbps wavelength-multiplexed 1×5 optical packet switching using broadband InP phased-array switch

We demonstrate 1times5 broadband WDM optical packet routing with monolithically integrated phased-array switch on InP. Using a synchronized eight-port current driver, error-free forwarding of 8 times 40-Gbps multi-colored packet is achieved with Lt25-mA current injection.
