摘要

A photoinduced IR absorption peak centred at approx 5000 cm~(-1) was observed in (La_(1-x)Sr_xMn)_(1- delta ) O_3 at low hole doping. The peak diminishes and softens as hole doping is increased. The peak is atributted to absorption due to the anti-Jahn-Teller polaron.
