This paper discusses cable pipe hierarchical laying and concrete hierarchical pouring,where layers of concrete are tamped and leveled using the plate vibrator.An anti-floating bracket is used to prevent pipes from floating and to maintain the space between pipes when pouring concrete.This technology features simple construction,low construction cost,and a short construction cycle,effectively solving quality problems such as pipe blockage,rupture,and floating when pouring concrete.The technology has been recognized as the best method for cast-in-place power pipe construction by Shandong Province,and its methodology is now an essential requirement in the construction industry's regulatory codes.
