Along with the development of wind power, there have many challenges and face with morernnew demands in the gird's acceptance level and scheduling. There comes an increasingrnrequirement to maintain and manage the wind fields unified. At present, the automationrnsystems in the wind fields include the main control system to wind power generators, boosterrnsubstation computer monitoring system, the wind monitoring system, the PMU slave-station,rnthe video monitoring system etc. At the same time, it faces the new technical needs such asrnthe active power adjustment, the reactive voltage regulation, the power quality monitoring andrnso on. Different systems are built by different manufacturers' equipments and platform, so thatrnthe compatibility among these systems is weak. Furthermore a great deal of equipments forcernthe wind power operators to learn many operation and maintenance methods for the variety ofrnequipments and systems. After experienced an nonstandard construction period, the windrnpower station construction is facing to the development target of improving quality andrnstandardlization construction. Thus the integrated monitoring and control system is anrninevitable trend of development, which solves the isolated-island operation mode problem,rntakes the system access and interconnection as technology, and bases on the data fusion.rnIn this paper, based on the unified system platform, the wind power field integratedrnmonitoring and control system makes the wind field’s different systems centralizedrnmonitoring and management, by way of systems integration and interconnection, and packingrnthe information together. It can provide data for scheduling and remote monitoring center, andrnbased on the data to take comprehensive analysis, to expand all sorts of function application,rnand to realize the wind form equipment real-time monitoring and automatic closed-looprncontrol.rnThe research and implementation of the wind power field integrated monitoring and controlrnsystem, will play an important role to solve the key technical problems that arise in the windrnpower development, and also has significance in promoting harmonious developmentrnbetween the power grid and the new energy generation, and in accelerating the healthyrnsustaining development of the wind power generation.
