摘要

In this paper,the relations among the elastic deformation,thermal deformation,forces of tightened bolted connection and the working temperature are investigated, the connection being composed of different materials and working at temperature much different from the preloading temperature. A simplified diagramatic approach for solving the preload,the residual preload, the thermal and the elastic deformations et al of this kind of connection is proposed. Formulas for bolted connection under vibration are obtained when thermal elastic deformation is considered.
