摘要

The crystallization behavior nylon11/montmorillonite nanocomposites has been studied by means of WADX,DSC, The results show that the montmorillonite dispersed in nylon11 matrix play the role of nucleating agent. The presence of montmorillonite did not change the crystal morphology of nylon 11, but enhanced crystal growth rate, increased the crystallization temperature and decreased the crystallization activation energy, this lead to crystal easily for nylon11. The Avramie equation can well describe the isothermal crystallization behavior of nylon11 and nylon11/ montmorillonite nanocomposites.
