摘要

Nanoporous gold is very promising functional material in a wide variety of applications including filtration, catalyst supports , sensing,photocatalysis, microfluidic flow control, separation membranes. Also its unique structures make it very useful as lightweight structural material. In this paper, the author generalized dealloying method for preparing nanoporous gold and its newest development. The theory of dealloying was introduced, and based on it, the properties and future applications were also reviewed.
