摘要

A new optical biosensor technology based on surface plasmon waveguides, composed of gold stripes embedded in CYTOP, is used to measure the kinetics constants of BSA and Anti-BSA interaction. The binding curves showing this interaction are obtained by recording the output power continuously over time. The binding curves are then converted into surface mass concentration. The binding kinetics are extracted from such curves using the integrated rate equation.
