Thermoregulation in humans is among the most important functions for life. Measurements of body core temperature are essential in clinical investigation, patients during recovery in ambulatory conditions and certainly in people under exercise or extreme physical activity, this for preventing heat stress. It is intended that people achieve a thermal balance between heat generation and heat dissipation for well-being. To observe this without interfering in people activities, we propose the design and development of a noninvasive wireless system to measures the core tympanic temperature, as well as the temperature of the skin in such a way that the system records and stores the information of these parameters and calculate the mean body temperature. The results obtained of preliminary tests in two volunteers suggest an adequate performance in in terms of repeatability, however some adjusts should be done to get the accuracy needed.
