The superior melt strength and draw down of rheologically-designed TPE's facilitate extruded sheet manufacture.rnThe higher melt strength and melt elongation of rheologically -designed TPE's permits foaming to higher blow ratios/lower specific gravities with more uniform cell structure.rnThe foamed TPE's apparent softness can be exploited to permit applications in which a very soft solid TPE could not meet other part performance or manufacturability requirements,.rnThe alloying involved does not adversely affect basic chemical compatibility (i.e. coprocessing with polypropylene).
