摘要

Abstract: On the basis of invariant imbedding method the disturbance theory for complex constants of the propagation is proposed. This approach allowed us to consider influence of layer and anisotropic fluctuations of refractive index on the beyond-the- horizon propagation in the adiabatic approximation at the existence of the evaporation duct. Finally, the paper considers some examples of the calculations and investigates stochastic effects. !6
