ESTIMATION OF EFFECT OF GENERATION AEROSOL SMOKES ABOVE AREA OF PROSPECTIVE EARTHQUAKE

It is shown, that the effect of formation abnormal aerosol smokes can be significant and registered event prior to the beginning of earthquake. As parameter measured in practice meteorological visibility range on various azimuths can serve. By virtue of dependence of size of effect aerosol-formation simultaneously from temperature-gas and ion lithospheric-atmospheric interactions it can serve as the high-sensitivity multiplicate indicator for the short-term forecast of time and area of occurrence of seismic activity 2-3 weeks prior to event. Let's note, that at presence in an atmosphere of anomalies magnetic and electric field, connected with pressure seismically-active lithospheric plates, it is in addition possible polarization by smoke probing optical radiation. From the point of view of use accessible to experts on atmospheric optics of additional optical indicators of earthquakes which assume presence of anomalies in a condition of an ionosphere, we shall note increase of intensity of a luminescence of a green line of atomic oxygen (5577A and 6300A) some hours prior to the beginning of earthquake in the bottom ionosphere (layer E of 85-110 km) above an epicentre. Authors consider the this publication as a preliminary stage of researches on a detailed quantitative substantiation of opportunities of use of effects of occurrence of aerosol phantoms in an atmosphere as the complex indicator of area and time of expected earthquake. Authors express gratitude to Ivlev A.A. who has paid attention to a phenomenon aerosol smoke, having witnessed last large earthquake in Mexico.
