After China enters WTO, the global competition requires to fundamentally improving the performance andrncompetitiveness of Chinese enterprises. Information technology was hoped to be in the driver seat to drive thernindustrialization of China. However, we believe the management renovation should be the key to accomplishrnthe objective of raising competitiveness radically.
