Application Services Providers (ASPs) exploit the economics of delivering commercial off-the-shelf softwarernover the Interne to many dispersed users. This proposed study intends to develop an integrative model for ASPrnadoption decisions, which includes economic, strategic and social factors. This model will examine thernindividual effect of these factors and their interactions. The study will include both qualitative and quantitativerntechniques by employing case studies and a survey to empirically test the model. It will provide a valuablernframework for understanding customers’ ASP adoption decisions and help ASPs to reevaluate their marketingrnand application strategies.
