摘要

This paper proposes a theoretical work in modeling pneumatic pipes. Based on Pseudo Bond graph method, a couple of finite control volume element: effort element and flux element are developed by adopting interlaced discretization scheme method. By using gas state equation, mass conservation equation, momentum conservation equation and energy conservation equation, a one dimensional finite element state-variant model of pneumatic pipe is proposed. In addition, the model is represented by the Pseudo Bond graph. This model is simplified and robust; it can deal with random physical boundary conditions. The gas filling process and water hammer response characteristic is simulated by using of the model.
