摘要

Dynamic programming, simulated annealing and genetic algorithms etc are studied in this paper. According as the studies one plan of real-time optimizing dispatch for a multi-stage pump system is presented. In the plan the effect of electricity price rules, diversion point flow, pump units characteristics and other conditions are considered. A simple mathematic model is set up for the complex system. EXCEL Programs are written to solve the model. A simulating calculation has been done in the simulating system of the pump stations, and the result for one situation is given.
