On the effects of molecule diffusion, force diffusion, turbulent diffusion and other diffusion formats, the irregular shapes of salt-out liquid-solid phases interface can not be described via conventional Euclid Geometry. In order to quantitate the influence between surface intensity of salt-out crystal and flow configuration in pipeline, on the condition of other parameters fixed, X-ray diffraction apparatus, scanning electron microscopy (SEM) photographs and self-edited programs have been utilized to analyze and calculate in this paper based on the results of five times sampling experiments, acquiring the rule that fractal dimension of salt-out crystal surface in green liquid in pipe-flow varies with time. Results indicate that different rules of fractal dimension varying with time correspond to different material because of distinct surface activation energy and roughness.The configuration and velocity of crystal heterogeneous nucleation are affected directly by surface activation energy. Diverse surface activation energy and roughness also influence the induction period of crystal significantly.
