The development of understanding in and resource development for cross curricular education in Hong Kong's secondary schools, through application of World Wide Web networking
We regard it as certain that the World-Wide Web will provide unrivalled access to materials usable by teachers in the classroom in Hong Kong, as It does elsewhere if they have generic process-skills at their fingertips. The provision of a centre having both skills and production capability and able to teach those skills and to network its productions will give unparalleled assistance to teachers beleaguered by constant demands but unable, because of uncertainty and inefficient and ineffective resource provision, to "deliver the goods."
