Factors Supervision of Contamination Control in Hydraulic System of Airplanes

The problem of contamination in hydraulic system of airplanes is very popular nowadays, which has attracted the concentration of the aviation field all over the world. It could seriously disturb the regular working of subsystems of transmission and lubrication in the hydraulic system and threatens the safety of flight. In combination with years of practical experience in maintenance of airplanes, this paper summarizes the types of hydraulic contaminants in airplanes and the factors of contamination control, and also proposes the specific solutions. The theoretical and practical significance of this paper is in providing some theoretical knowledge and practical experiences of maintenance of the hydraulic system in airplanes for the airplane maintenance engineers.
