摘要

Regarding the problem that the digital substation meter may receive two or even three combined unit data packages at the same time, this paper designs a digital smart grid metering system based on multiple merging units. The system adopts the idea of layered design to realize the stable receiving of data packages, fast frame resolution, data arrangement and frame loss compensation. Finally, the high precision measurement value of electrical parameters is obtained by zero-crossing lookup algorithm. Experiments show that the system has the advantages of high precision, strong compatibility, good stability and low cost.
