Wheat sharp eyespot in Hebei province was investigated systematically in this study. The outbreak characteristics of this disease in Hebei province were revealed. According to the isolation result of disease sample collection, the main pathogenic fungi groups of sharp eyespot were clarified. Through contrast with four kinds of inoculation methods, Hypha-soil method, a comparatively ideal new method for indoor identifying the variety resistance to wheat sharp eyespot, was suggested. Eight new wheat varieties and 55 germplasm resources were identified through combining field natural identification with that method. Two bio-control bacteria, SB8 and SB10, were isolated from the disease field. The result of field trail shows that they can control wheat sharp eyespot greatly. Based on these studies, the integrated control project was suggested. On the basis of disease-resistant breeding, cultivated measure and bio-control are the main way to control wheat sharp eyespot. Chemical control is the assistant measure.
