Study on Microwave Permeability of Nanocrystalline FeB Alloys

In this paper, nanocrystalline FeB alloys have been prepared by optimizing the grain size and internal strain. Various samples prepared under different annealing conditions are analyzed by X-ray diffraction, and the permeability u(ω) is measured in the frequency range 2-18GHz. The results show that annealing favors the growth of the grain size of FeB alloys and decreasing of the inner strain. And small grain size and larger inner strain favors the magnetic dissipation.
