Quality Costs Introduction and getting started -A new CD from the Quality Costs Committee

The Quality Costs Committee has for many years been responsible for authoring of the "Principles of Quality Costs" publication which is now in its 3rd edition. In addition in the mid 1990's a video was created outlining the importance of quality costs and how one gets started. Quality Press distributes both these products. Now in 2003 the committee has created a simple CD that combines elements of the "Principles" book, as well as the video and sections of the two-day quality costs workshop that can be used to help individuals and teams understand quality costs and how to start implementing a system to capture and report these.
