Participants will be supplied with a copy of The Six Sigma Memory Jogger~(TM) Ⅱ which summarizes how to use each of the tools usually included under the DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, Control) process of Six Sigma. The Mowing text is adapted with permission from The Six Sigma Memory Jogger~(TM) Ⅱ ?GOAL/QPC. As a Six Sigma team member, you will most likely work on improvement teams using the DMAIC method. To use this method successfully, you must first be familiar with the goals and outputs of each step, as well as the correct approach to take during each step and the tools necessary to complete your work.
