Based on the experiments and numerical simulation of EFP penetrating against the water-partitioned armor, the velocity attenuation rule of EFP in water is obtained by dimensional analysis, the relationship between the pressure of the underwater shock wave and the deformation of the target plate is established. The research results can provide valuable reference for designing and optimizing the liner as well as for increasing the damage ability of the torpedo warhead.
