Safety management information system of three gorges project

摘要

Safety Management Information System of Three Gorges Project is a multi-client and human-computer conversation system, which is developed based on Visual Basic and Microsoft Access as a database developing pad under Novell net and Windows 95 (Chinese edition) environment. Multimedia technology is adopted in the "system". It implements official business automation as well as a lot of decision support functions. In brief, this paper illustrates the system targets, the system structure, the system functions and the environment requirements.
