摘要

The roller will for grinding cereal crops, owing to its special adjustability of combining pressure, shear and friction forces in various intensities is the dominant size reduction machine. Research resutls which are known in the literature on size reduction of cereal crops in the roller mill are generally stated by a rule as a function of the process variables. By this so-called One-Factor-Experimentation all the other process variables are held constant and the existing relations are determined successively. This greatly reduces the determination of mutual interdependance and the probability is small of meeting the trial target; such that the influencing factors are optimal or lay in the optimal range.
