Starting mote than 40 years ago, long before the Web and notions of electronic business access, there has been great interest in the human decision making process. Meanwhile, e-commerce based on the information technology has changed the way people go shopping nowadays enormously With respect to overall decision-making enhancements, there still leaves much space to explore the implementation of decision technology in e-commerce applications. This paper aims to explore customer attitudes towards the web-based DMSS functions Findings from this study would be used in further research on facilitating and personalizing E-commerce applications with web-based DMSS.
