The Research on Intelligence Control System of Vehicle Chassis Dynamometer Experimental Table

The characteristic and control principle of vehicle chassis dynamometer experiment table are analyzed. An intelligence control system of 30KW chassis dynamometer experiment table is introduced, which can measure following parameters: vehicle speed, rolling drum torque, engine rotation speed, water temperature, jar cover temperature, exhaust temperature, fuel temperature, dry temperature, wet temperature and etc, and can assign value: vehicle speed, torque, etc. Each software function module of the intelligence control system is developed based on VC++. With simply structure, the system operates stably, reliably, which is verified by experiment.
