In this paper, for meeting the requirement of multi-channel high speed signal data acquisition in testing system, a low-cost solution scheme based on PC104 bus is adopted, which consist of data gathering unit, data storage memory unit and communication unit with the Altera FPGA EC1P6 as the kernel controller, which provides ideal performance with very low cost. High speed AD converter, high speed on chip RAM and the synchronous logic control scheme are the key points. Comparing with the traditional multi-channel data acquisition method whose center controller is a single micro-computer, this data acquisition module has the advantage of reliable and steady function , small volume and low power consumption ,and the result proved the fine performance in precision, high-speed and synchronous sampling plus its simple design and low cost. This module will have promising prospect.
