摘要

The performances of steel structure fireproofing dope were improved through adding the ZnO whisker and nanometer titanic dioxide in this paper. The modification process of ZnO whisker and the influence of ZnO whisker on improving the performances of fireproofing dope, such as the fire performance, water performance, mechanics performance and anti-bacterium, had been researched in detail. The results show that the ZnO whisker modified with 0.5% KH506 possesses better disperse character. The performances of fireproofing dope adding 5% modified ZnO whisker was improved largely, The fire limit was improved from 96 to 11 ℃ 8 ,the water ℃ limit was improved from 28h to 38h, and the felted intensity was improved from 0.45MPa to 1.12MPa too. The results also show that the anti-bacterium of fireproofing dope can be improved effectively from 47%~99.5% by adding 0.5% nanometer titanic dioxide.
