From previous study, it is commonly that Thailand has a high temperature through the year with the humidity change as dry season and wet season. To minimize energy consumptions, the passive solar methods have been applied for one of the strategies. However, at the beginning of the study, it is necessary to understand the circumstances of residences in Thailand. The aim of this investigation is to determine the situation of thermal environment on various types of Thai residences.
